Sharp is a Rochester native, who was educated in clarinet in the Hochstein School of Music. She also played piano and cello. Sharp's love for theatre at school inspired her to enroll at The Boston Conservatory, where she received a scholarship. Cum Laude, where she was awarded the B.F.A. Sharp's first focus was the stage. She played in her first Broadway National Tour of Carousel and debuted Off Broadway as Michael Bradford's Living in the Wind. In the comedy that was interactive, Eat the Runt, she took on eight different characters. Sharp also appeared in Abyssinia as well as Aida. The other performances include: Thunder Knockin', Jitney and The Producers. Sharp's talents are not restricted to stage or screen. She has also written and co-written several projects. Alongside singing, Sharp is working on an album. If she's not in either front of or behind the camera, or working in a studio to record the music of her choice, Sharp has a love for fitness and stays in fitness classes and learning Krav Maga.. She likes piano as well as well as long, arduous roadstrips. Sharp has a home in Los Angeles.
