April Bowlby

April Bowlby has been an American actor and model for more than 20 years. She's played Kandi in The CBS comedy Two and a Half Men, Stacy Barrett in Drop Dead Diva and Rita Farr in Titans and Doom Patrol. April Michelle Bowlby was born in New York City. Her most well-known role is for her role in the roles of Stacy Barrett and Kandi on Two and a Half Men as well as Drop Dead Diva, a comedy series that is a legal, fantasy drama and comedy. Her career began with modeling before she switched to movies and TV series. On CSI: Crime Scene Investigation Her first appearance on TV was in a scene with a background character. Then she landed the breakout character as Kandi in Two and a Half Men. She played Stacy Barrett in the popular series Drop Dead Diva has earned Bowlby widespread recognition throughout the world. Bowlby played Rita Farr/Elastigirl on Titans, an American series on the web called Titans. A spin-off of the series Doom Patrol will see her reprise her role as the character. Bowlby is also a part of TV films, including Sands of Oblivion and The Wrong Daughter. After her roles in The Slammin Salmon (which was her debut film) as well as From Prada, to Nada she made her first appearance on the big screen in All Roads Lead Home. She was a student at East Union High School. Prior to deciding on an acting career, she studied French as well as ballet classes at Moorpark College. She took drama classes with Ivana Chubbuck. She was offered an appearance in a major television show (Kandi from Two and a Half Men) in the months following her first Hollywood audition. Bowlby was a part of a variety of TV programs such as CSI with the role of Kaitlin Rackish in 2004's CSI: NY as Jenny Lee in 2005 Freddie as Sydney in 2005, Stacked with Jasmine in 2005 and How I Met Your Mother in the role of Meg in 2007. In the past, Bowlby was cast in the role of Natasha in All Roads Lead Home a film from 2007 about a twelve year old girl who lost her mother in an automobile crash. Bowlby plays Mia on the 2008 comedy The Slammin Salmon. She lives within Los Angeles. The blonde has natural red hair and blue eyes. She is single and has no children.
